New to Web3: Start Here was the only onboarding event in Thai language before Devcon 7, designed to introduce students and local builders to the opportunities of Web3 in a hands-on and accessible way. Organized by OrnellaWeb3, this full-day experience blended human stories, interactive workshops, and on-chain activities, offering an engaging introduction to Ethereum and blockchain technologies. Held at the prestigious Siam Society Under Royal Patronage, the event featured a diverse lineup of speakers and mentors who guided participants through key Web3 concepts, security fundamentals, and real-world applications. The event was made possible thanks to the support of Harpie, a security protocol that helps protect users from wallet-draining attacks and malicious transactions, ensuring a safer Web3 experience.
