The exhibition
Inside Pinocchio transforms the story of the world's most famous wooden boy into a total sensory experience beneath the vaults of the Cattedrale dell'Immagine, the deconsecrated church of Santo Stefano al Ponte in the heart of Florence. Monumental 360° projections, original animations and a dedicated soundtrack envelop visitors as Collodi's tale unfolds in cinematic chapters that blend image, movement and sound. Designed for families and young audiences, the exhibition pairs visual wonder with narrative clarity and interactive moments, including a VR section and creative activities that let children step inside the story. The result rediscovers the heart of Pinocchio in a contemporary, accessible form, and the original soundtrack composed for the show is available on all streaming platforms.

My contribution
As Music & Sound Director, I composed and produced the entire original soundtrack, blending storytelling, musical writing and AI tools into a sonic journey that follows each chapter of Collodi's tale in harmony with the visuals. I designed the full soundscape, effects, textures and spatial acoustics, so sound and projection interact as a single narrative language, and I also created the video content for the interactive area and contributed to the visual identity and digital structure of the project.
