1. Who is responsible
This website (fa3.io) is owned and operated by Fabio Vallana ("we"), acting as data controller. For any privacy request you can write to [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device, traffic source). IP addresses are anonymised. We never load Analytics before you consent.
Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we process the name, email address and message you provide, for the sole purpose of replying to you.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or profile you.
3. Legal basis
Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Messages sent through the contact form are processed to respond to your request (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b-f) GDPR).

Essential storage is strictly necessary to remember your preference and does not require consent. Analytics cookies load only after you click "Accept".
5. Who processes the data (third parties)
- Google (Google Analytics), analytics, only after consent. Data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- FormSubmit, delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, hosting and content delivery (essential technical logs for security and performance).
6. How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the control (also in the footer), or by clearing your browser storage. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
