Inside Pinocchio

Inside Pinocchio – Immersive Exhibition transforms the story of the world’s most famous wooden boy into a total sensory experience. Monumental 360° projections, original animations, and a dedicated soundtrack envelop visitors inside Florence’s Cattedrale dell’Immagine. The story unfolds in cinematic chapters that blend image, movement, and sound. Designed for families and young audiences, the exhibition combines visual wonder, narrative clarity, and interactive moments (including a VR section and creative activities) to rediscover the heart of Collodi’s tale in a contemporary and accessible form.

For Inside Pinocchio, I composed and produced the entire original soundtrack, combining storytelling, musical writing, and AI tools to create a sonic journey that follows each chapter of the exhibition in perfect harmony with the rhythm of the visuals. I also designed the soundscape, integrating effects, textures, and spatial acoustics to enhance the audience’s immersion—allowing sound and projection to interact as a single narrative language. In parallel, I created the video content for the interactive area and contributed to shaping the visual identity and digital structure of the project. My work merges musical composition, cinematic sensitivity, and exhibition design to deliver an emotionally coherent experience, where technology becomes part of the narrative rather than a mere technical tool.
