The exhibition
Following Lima, the Da Vinci Experience arrived in Santiago, Chile, hosted simultaneously at two venues: Sala Pablo Neruda inside the Quinta Normal metro station and the Museo Artequin. With more than 78,000 visitors, it became the most successful exhibition in the museum's history. A 35-minute 360° projection, life-size replicas of Leonardo's machines and a VR zone carried the anniversary tour into the Chilean capital, unfolding across two very different spaces. Delivering a single, consistent immersive experience in parallel locations, while satisfying the expectations of Enel Chile and the Italian Embassy in Santiago, made this one of the most logistically demanding stops of the Latin American tour.

My contribution
In Santiago I stepped up as Production Director, taking full leadership of the project across Latin America. I handled high-level coordination with the Italian Embassy and Enel Chile, supervised local suppliers and installation crews hands-on, and organised travel and logistics for the freelance collaborators on the ground. Being able to communicate directly in Spanish proved essential to managing local operations and building trust with the Chilean partners.
