The exhibition
Da Vinci Experience inaugurated its Latin American tour, celebrating the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci's death, at Sala Kuélap inside Peru's Ministry of Culture in Lima. Curated by Roberta Barsanti, Director of the Museo Leonardiano di Vinci, it opened Leonardo's art, science and invention to a new continent. Across more than 900 square metres, a 35-minute 360° projection with an original soundtrack immersed visitors in his ideas, complemented by life-size replicas of his machines crafted by Italian artisans and a dedicated VR experience. Backed by Enel Peru, the Italian Embassy in Lima and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Lima edition set the template that every stop across Latin America would follow.

My contribution
Lima was where I first led a multi-country international production as Production Director. I coordinated the installation with Crossmedia's internal team, managed logistics, and handled communication with Enel Peru and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On site I supervised the local setup, adapted the immersive format to the venue's spatial constraints, and kept the Italian artistic direction aligned with the Peruvian technical team. This first success laid the groundwork for the entire tour.
